Refund policy

Room plan and Room set are digital. A refund is available if you have paid and the plan was never opened in your account. Once the studio marks the order delivered, the draft policy is that the fee is kept, except where the law requires otherwise.

Studio can be canceled in your Whop account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current paid month stays available until it ends. This draft does not promise a partial-month refund.

Write to hello@lightdecor.online with the order id before opening a card dispute. This draft says we reply within 3 business days. Confirm that promise before you publish it.
